Throughout the year, LHCH Charity have had some incredible supporters. So, we thought we'd remind you of some of the brilliant individuals who have gone above and beyond for 2024.

After undergoing open heart surgery in 2023 Simon Finlay took on the Liverpool Marathon in March raising an amazing £3,751.

Grant Williams who had a quadruple bypass at LHCH started his fundraising extravaganza in April. Since then he and his wonderful friends, family and his fitness group have undertaken numerous events - culminating in a Black Tie dinner in November raising over £7,000 so far - and he's still going.

Walking the historic 500 mile Camino de Santiago in the hot Spanish sun in May is not everyone's idea of fun. To David Scott who had had a double heart bypass it was a walk in the park. He also managed to raise £3,125 for LHCH Charity at the same time.

It was time for the ladies to take centre stage in August when Georgia Morton took on the Great North Run raising £2,770 for LHCH Charity. Pretty astonishing considering just the year before she had been in surgery for a total of eight hours.

September saw our supporters leap from great heights in our LHCH Charity Skydive Challenge. Although the nerves most definitely made an appearance, the daring bunch tackled those fears and dropped from an incredible 11,000ft, collectively raising £8,000.

This is just a snippet of our truly inspiring supporters for 2024 and we can't wait to see what incredible individuals join us in 2025.
